In 2025, Seth Gladstein became a partner at Dolt, Thompson, Shepherd & Conway, PSC, bringing with him over 20 years of invaluable experience championing the rights of injured individuals throughout Kentucky and Indiana. Prior to joining DTSC, Seth successfully built and led Gladstein Law Firm, PLLC, a respected solo practice focused on securing justice against negligent individuals, physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, businesses, and institutions.
Now at DTSC, Seth continues his robust advocacy for those harmed by medical negligence, motor vehicle collisions, and other preventable tragedies. His clients benefit not only from his extensive expertise – which has resulted in millions of dollars in recovered compensation – but also from the enhanced resources, support, and collective trial experience of the DTSC firm.
Seth is a seasoned litigator whose deep understanding of personal injury law was uniquely shaped by his early career defending hospitals and physicians in complex medical malpractice cases. After earning his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2001, he honed his skills at a leading New York City defense firm before returning to Louisville in 2005 to join one of Kentucky’s largest defense firms. This comprehensive background provides him with a distinct advantage in navigating intricate personal injury matters.
A proud Louisville native, Seth graduated from St. Francis High School (now Francis Parker) and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor. He remains deeply involved in the local legal community, notably serving as a former President of the Louisville Bar Association. Seth’s practice is passionately driven by his commitment to accountability, compassion, and the fundamental power of the civil justice system to positively impact lives.
Seth currently lives in Prospect, Kentucky, with his wife and two sons.
