Our legal team at Dolt, Thompson, Shepherd & Conway, PSC is composed of some of Kentucky’s premier legal professionals, among whom is the acclaimed Attorney Jordan A. Stanton who has had a helping hand in recovering millions of dollars for our firm’s clients in personal injury cases. We are pleased to announce that, in recognition of his legal brilliance, Attorney Stanton has been reselected by The National Trial Lawyers as a Top 40 under 40 civil plaintiff trial lawyer.

On an invitation-only basis, The National Trial Lawyers solely admits who they consider to be the top-40 attorneys in each state and/or region who are (a) under the age of 40 and (b) have exemplified exceptional skills in either criminal defense or civil plaintiff law.

Attorney Stanton first earned membership to Top 40 under 40 in 2020; thus, his reselection in 2021 marks his one-year anniversary as a member. According to The National Trial Lawyers’ press release, he continued to excel in his area of practice throughout 2020, utilizing his illustrious qualifications and acumen to win favorable trial results.

“The National Trial Lawyers anticipates exceptional growth for Mr. Stanton as an outstanding trial lawyer and well-respected member of The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40,” the press release stated.

Each year, current members are reevaluated as new members and are, therefore, required to pass a meticulous review that involves third-party research into the following facets of their careers:

  • Trial results
  • Leadership skills
  • Reputation among peers, clients, and the community

It is difficult to pass this review just once, and even more so twice. We are very proud to work with Attorney Stanton at Dolt, Thompson, Shepherd & Conway, PSC and congratulate him on his continued success as a Top 40 under 40 civil plaintiff trial lawyer!
